Today Im working on...

I started a painting a while back and never got around to finishing it, so today I'm going to get stuck in! Not sure what to call her yet- she's a pin up girl wearing a big ribbon tied in a bow around her - Im thinking I could maybe make her look like a Christmas gift!

I discovered a new magazine last week called 'Milkcow' - dedicated to the 1940's&50's and very rock n roll and pin up. The latest issue features Bernie Dexter- a modern day pin up queen, famous for her wonderful Bettie Page looks! Well worth a look if you're into the retro world!

yet another new blog to maintain...!

Hmmm- yet another internet thing to keep up with! I know I need to set up these networking pages to promote my art like my friends do, but it takes sooo long! I went cold turkey a few months back; I was starting to spend more time updating facebook/myspace/twitter and the countless communities Im a member of, and hardly getting any work done. I know other artist friends say the same thing, but its a necessary evil!
So here I am. At least its a place to vent my moody outbursts!
